We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name, company or brand, role
• Email address and phone number
• Event details: type, date, location, audience size, package and add-on interest
• Any further context or briefs you share via our intake assistant or directly

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party fingerprinting on our website. We may add basic privacy- respecting analytics in future and will update this Policy if and when we do.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored quote
• Deliver the services you engage us for
• Invoice and process payment
• Send service-related communications (briefs, schedules, recap folders)
• Improve our services and the intake assistant’s quality

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing.

We process personal information based on (a) your consent, given when you submit an enquiry or engage our services, and (b) our legitimate interest in operating a content business and responding to potential clients. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.

We share the minimum information required to deliver the service with the following operators (third-party processors):

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts this website and stores server logs containing your enquiry data.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA) — powers the intake assistant. Conversation contents are processed to generate replies and may be retained according to Anthropic’s data-handling policies.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — sends the founder-notification email when an enquiry is qualified.

Each operator is bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not authorise any operator to use personal information for purposes other than delivering the service.

Some of our operators are based outside South Africa. By engaging us you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, which may have data-protection frameworks that differ from POPIA. We require operators to apply security and confidentiality measures consistent with POPIA.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on potential engagements (typically up to 24 months). Service-engagement data (invoicing, project briefs, delivered content) is retained for the period required to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate information
• Object to processing in certain circumstances
• Withdraw consent for future communication (this will not affect services already delivered)
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

We apply reasonable, industry-standard security measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiry data, and encrypted credentials for third-party services. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a data breach occurs and is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
